Kershaw Gardens

Located in Rockhampton just off the Bruce Highway on High Street, Kershaw Gardens is free short term camp site in the Rockhampton Region of Queensland.

Kershaw Gardens provides a good flat area for campers and the gardens are beautiful, green and well maintained by council. The Stockland Shopping Centre is directly across the road and there is easy access to fuel, food and shops.

The use of the site for overnight camping (maximum 48 hours stay) is available for fully self- contained vehicles. Vehicles MUST have the ability to retain and store all grey water and black water within the vehicle/ caravan/ camper.

Council has installed signage at the site outlining the conditions and it is expected that users will abide by these. Local Laws Officers undertake random inspections and will also respond to specific complaints of users ignoring the conditions.n (source: https://www.rockhamptonregion.qld.gov.au

There is good mobile phone service and television reception here.

The maximum time limit for staying here is 48 hours.
