Bedford Weir

Located on Bedford Weir Road 25 km north of Blackwater, Bedford Weir is a free camping area in the Central Highlands Region of Queensland.

The large grassy camping area set beside the McKenzie River is a perfect place for a stopover on your travels. Facilities here include water (boil before drinking), toilets, hot showers, onsite BBQ’s and picnic tables. The day use area also has a playground and a boat ramp.

This is a free camp (although donations are appreciated) and the maximum stay is 7 days.
